From 395 North & South:
1. Exit 83
2. Take Left off of exit
3. Take Left at stoplight
4. Take immediate Right onto Baltic Rd./Rt. 97. Continue to follow Rt. 97.
5. Take Left at stopsign onto West Main Street/Rt. 207
6. Pass Academy of the Holy Family
7. Take 2nd Left after Academy of the Holy Family. You will have passed over a small bridge
8. Go around back to Beaver Brook Mill. You will see signage for Peter Rogers Karate Kickboxing Center
